Pizookie Recipe

This recipe has been a staple in my family's home for many years. We LOVE all cookies and desserts but this just might be our favorite right now. These are easy, fun, and make for the perfect family activity as each person gets to make their own! I found my pizookie dishes here, and don't forget the fun paper straws that make anything look and taste better! I hope you all enjoy these as much as I do.
Tip: My topping of choice is rasberries but some other fun toppings we have tried are peanut m&m's, macademian nuts, and strawberries. These are sure to be a big hit with your hubby and kids!

  9. How many pizookies does this recipe yield. Do you press the dough into the dish and how much? Thank you for sharing, I can't wait to try them.

    1. Hi Danette! Yes I press the dough into the dish and I like mine thick so I fill the dough all the way to the top of the dish. It depends on what size dish you are using but my family can get about 10 pizookies with the size dish I used pictured above. If you are just going to make regular cookies out of the recipe you can get about 4 dozen depending on the size balls you make. I usually use a tablespoon. :)
